Book sales are the primary fundraiser for the Friends of the Library. We hold a book sale every April, and as opportunity allows, smaller sales throughout the year in conjunction with community events. This would not be possible without donations of used books from members of the community. We accept donations of books of all kinds (no magazines or Reader's Digest Condensed books, please) as well as audiobooks, CDs and DVDs.
From May through December, donations for the book sale can be dropped off at the office of Chad Andra, CPA, at 207 N. Washington St., Wellington. The Friends deeply appreciate Mr. Andra's support in providing storage space for donations.
During "tax season" (Jan through April), donations can be brought to the library at 121 W. 7th St. in Wellington.
